We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Beauty products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused, unopened condition with original packaging intact. To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges on defective items, we'll cover return shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to appear in your account after we process your return. Questions?
